How Codify Works

Your marketing should say the same true thing about your business everywhere it’s said — and keep saying it as your business changes.

That’s the whole job. Everything below is how we do it.

What’s wrong right now

Your business is written down in about a dozen places. Your homepage. The other pages nobody’s opened in three years. Your Google listing. Your Facebook bio. The last email you sent. The proposal you hand people. Maybe an ad.

None of them quite agree with each other.

That isn’t sloppiness, and it isn’t your fault. It’s what happens when the real version of your business — what you actually do, who you’re really for, why you do it your way — only exists in your head. Every person who’s ever written anything for you was guessing at it. And they all guessed differently.

So a customer reads your homepage, then your reviews, then your email, then your proposal, and meets four slightly different businesses. Every one of those small disagreements is a small reason to hesitate. Hesitation is what quietly costs you the job.

It matters more now than it did five years ago, because people ask an AI about you instead of clicking through five search results — and it reads all of it at once. Give it four versions of your business and it picks one. It won’t ask you which.

What we do about it

We sit with you for two conversations and get it out of your head. Not a form. Not a workshop. Two calls, about ninety minutes each. You talk, we write it down.

What comes out is four short documents — plain English, a few pages each, yours to keep:

your-voiceHow you sound. The words you use, and the ones you’d never use.
your-audienceWho you actually serve, what they want, what they’re afraid of.
your-offerWhat you sell, what it costs, what’s included, what you turn down.
your-beliefsWhy you do it your way when most of your trade doesn’t.

Then two things happen that couldn’t happen before.

Everything new gets written from them — your homepage, your emails, your follow-ups. Not guessed at.

Everything old gets checked against them. We read every page, listing, bio, email and proposal you already have and hand you one page showing what agrees, what contradicts, and what’s still live describing a business you stopped running. That’s the-alignment-map.

What it costs, and what you get

Three steps. Only one is a subscription. → the-three-rungs

It’s free to start — see what we mean

We rebuild your homepage using your own customers’ words, from your public reviews, and send it to you. Your brand, your photos, your layout — different words. Plus the list of what your reviewers keep bringing up that your homepage never mentions.

No call, no card, no obligation. If you never speak to us again you’ve still got a homepage you could hand to your own web person tomorrow.

$4,997, once — the build

The two conversations. The four documents, yours outright. Your homepage finished and live. An honest read of where your calls actually come from, from your own accounts. Your enquiries and follow-up set up properly. The alignment map. And the drift receipt — what your homepage said in 2019, in 2022 and today, against what your customers were saying each of those years.

One payment. Not a deposit, not a trial. You’re not signed up to anything afterwards.

$1,497 a month — keeping it true

Because it drifts again. Your customers’ language moves, you add a service, you drop one. Nobody decides to drift; it just happens. This is the part that keeps it closed — and works down the alignment map, line by line.

Month to month. Cancel any time. You keep everything either way. → you-own-everything

What actually happens, week to week

You never open a terminal, a dashboard or an app. We run it. → the-managed-service

Each morning you get a short message on your phone: here’s what’s ready, tap to approve. That’s a minute of your day and it’s the whole interface. → the-morning-brief

If something’s off, you reply with a voice note — “too long,” “that’s not how I’d say it,” “never lead with price” — and it becomes a rule we keep. → training-by-voice-note

A person reads every batch before it reaches you. Not a filter, not a scoring model. A human being. That’s true on the free step too, and it isn’t a lever we pull when things get busy.

Why this and not an agency

An agency writes your marketing and keeps the understanding. When they leave — and they do — you’re back where you started, briefing the next one from scratch.

We write the understanding down and give it to you. It’s four plain files in your own private space. They work with any AI, now or in five years. Nobody needs our permission to read them, and you keep them if you cancel.
