The static brain

Your business knowledge lives in four short documents:

  • your-voice — how you sound, the words you use, the words you never use
  • your-audience — who you serve, what they want, what they fear
  • your-offer — what you sell, how it’s priced, what it proves
  • your-beliefs — the judgment calls that make your work yours

Each one has its own page above, with what’s in it, why it matters, and what breaks without it.

These four files are the only thing every agent reads before doing anything for you. They’re the difference between the-genius-with-amnesia and an agent that sounds like it’s worked for you for five years.

Why “static”

Because this is the part that doesn’t change much. Your voice and your beliefs are stable — they’re who you are, not what you’re doing this quarter. What changes weekly is the work: what got sent, what got answered, what got ignored. These four documents keep every output sounding like you; the record of what’s been tried keeps it learning. Together they’re why it gets better the longer it runs.

How we build it

We extract these four files through conversation in your first week — not a form, not a workshop. Then we keep them sharp: every correction you make by voice note (training-by-voice-note) and every monthly call folds back in. Generic in, generic out. The sharper these four files, the more every output sounds like you wrote it.

What they’re checked against

Once the four exist, everything you’ve already published becomes checkable against them — every page, listing, bio, email and proposal. That check is the-alignment-map, and it’s the thing that makes these four documents more than a tidy folder: they’re the only reason anyone can say whether the rest of your marketing is still telling the truth.

Why it’s yours

The files are plain language you can read and edit. They’re stored in a private space you own, they work with any AI, and you keep them if you cancel. That’s you-own-everything — and it’s not a feature we bolted on, it’s the point.
