Rung 2 — The service ($1,497/mo)
Your marketing, kept true to your customers.
The Build got everything right once. This is what stops it drifting — because your customers’ language moves, your offer changes, and copy that was accurate in March quietly stops being accurate by September.
What $1,497 covers
- Your four documents kept current as the business actually changes.
- Your homepage and owned copy kept true to what customers are saying now, not what they said when we wrote it.
- Your reviews, replies, listings and Google Business Profile maintained — the boring, visible things that decide whether someone calls.
- Your follow-up sequences kept in your voice.
- A person reads every batch before it reaches you. Not a filter, not a scoring model. A human being.
- A call every month, because voice gets sharp on a call and nowhere else.
No setup fee. No app to install. No dashboard to log into. You live in a short morning message and in your own account.
What it doesn’t cover
The nightly prospecting engine — the one that goes out and finds you new business while you sleep — is not in this price. Neither is bi-weekly calling, nor expanding into your funnels, email and ads.
Those exist, and plenty of clients want them. They’re quoted on a call against how much of your business you’re handing over, because that’s the only thing that honestly changes the number. We don’t list them as a bigger tier with a bigger number next to it, because the work isn’t “the same thing, more of it.”
What we won’t do is discount within a lane. A lower price has to buy a narrower scope. It never buys the same work cheaper — that’s how services quietly get worse while the invoice stays the same.
The line that doesn’t move
A person reads every batch, in both lanes. That is not a lever and it never becomes one.
It’s also the honest answer to “why not just use a cheaper tool” — the tool is the cheap part. And it’s why you’ll never hear us describe this as unattended, hands-off, or running itself. It doesn’t. Someone is accountable for what reaches you.
How you train it
By voice note. “Too long.” “Off-voice.” “Never lead with price.” Every correction lands back in the brain every agent reads from (training-by-voice-note). By month two you’re not re-explaining your business — it already knows.
Feed it your top 10 emails, your last 5 sales-call transcripts, your best landing page. The more it has, the faster the curve flips (the-compounding-loop).
