We run it — you never touch the machinery
Codify is a managed service. Not software you operate. Not a tool you learn.
Under the hood there’s a command line, a set of skills, a vault, and a whole team of agents. You never open any of it. No terminal. No dashboard to log into. No app to install. No “agent” to configure. We run all of it on your behalf.
Here is everything you actually touch:
- A morning brief in WhatsApp — what ran, what a person already checked, what to approve. → the-morning-brief
- A voice note when you want to change something. → training-by-voice-note
And your own account — every asset we produce gets written into the CRM and pipeline you already run your business from. Contacts, opportunities, email templates, pages. The brief tells you what landed; the account is where you look at it. Nothing is sent without you.
That’s the whole interface: one minute in the morning, a voice note when something’s off, and the work sitting where you’d expect to find it.
Why it’s built this way
You’re an operator, not a tool-tinkerer. You’re done hiring; you want to install and direct — not learn another piece of software or babysit an AI harness. So we kept the machinery on our side of the line. You bring the judgment; we run the system that acts on it.
That’s the difference between Codify and the DIY agent stacks: same kind of engine underneath, but you’re not the one running it at 11pm trying to figure out why it broke.
”But I’m technical — can I see under the hood?”
Yes, if you want to. There’s an optional web view of your team, and your files are plain markdown you can open any time → you-own-everything. But it’s never required. The 90% who never look get exactly the same results as the 10% who do.
The CLI, the skills, the agent loop — that’s our cockpit, not yours. If you’re curious what we operate, it’s all there. You’ll just never have to touch it.
