The three rungs
Three steps, and only one of them is a decision you make cold.
- rung-0-snapshot — free. We rebuild your homepage from your own customers’ words and send it to you. No call, no card, no obligation.
- rung-1-foundation-build — $4,997, once. Two conversations get what’s in your head onto paper. You end up owning four documents, a finished homepage, an honest read of where your calls actually come from, the whole thing wired into the system you already run your business from — and a map of every place your existing marketing still says something different.
- rung-2-the-service — $1,497/mo. Keeping all of it true as your business and your customers change.
Why it’s a sequence, not a menu
You can’t pick rung 2 without rung 1, because there’d be nothing to keep true. The Build is where your business gets written down; the service is what stops it going stale. That’s the whole logic.
The clean line between them: the Build maps what’s out of step. The service works down the list. We don’t rewrite everything you own for $4,997 — that would be a website project wearing a different name, and you’d be paying five figures for it.
And the free rung isn’t a teaser. It’s real spec work — a homepage you could hand to your own web person tomorrow and ship. If you never speak to us again, you’re still ahead.
Ownership lands at the Build, not at the top
This used to be a “graduation path” where you climbed toward owning your own files. That was wrong and we changed it. Ownership isn’t a reward for spending more — the four documents are yours outright the moment the Build is done, whether or not you continue, and whether or not you like us.
Every agency’s quiet arrangement is that the system walks out the door with them. Ours doesn’t. You can cancel the month after the Build and keep everything (you-own-everything).
What stays constant at every rung
Your knowledge lives in four plain files you own. They work with any AI, now or in five years. Nobody needs our permission to read them. And a person — a human being — reads every batch of work before it reaches you. That’s true on the free rung and it’s true on the paid one. It is not a lever we pull when things get busy.
The thing that grows is the brain, and it compounds the longer it runs.
About sizing
If the service ever needs to be bigger, the only thing that changes it is how much of your business you hand over — starting with your website, then your funnels, your email, your ads, in that order and at your pace. Never how many agents are running or how often. That’s our problem, not your pricing.
